Rose (She/They) is a Latine, bisexual, non-binary transgender woman. She is a widely celebrated, award winning advocate for trans inclusion. She’s an inspirational speaker, a viral content creator, actor, & model. She is passionate about justice, equity, inclusion, mental-health, beauty, & fashion.

Public Speaking

Rose has advocated for trans rights at The National Press Club, Fortune 500 Companies, prestigious universities, nonprofits, & The Philly Trans Wellness Conference.

Rose offers a unique, intersectional lens across trans, Queer, Latine inclusion in workspaces, healthcare, & education. She’s led many safe, open discussions on intersectional identity, diversity, equity, self-love, transitioning, leaning into gender euphoria, being an ally, relationships, boundaries, sex education, & being a survivor of domestic violence & sexual assault.

Consulting

Rose designed and implemented on and off set DEI protocol advocating for models with TomboyX.

She suggested changes to The TSA’s technology and trans competency trainings that, in part, led to them not requiring gender markers to match one’s appearance, & including an X marker on IDs.

She presented at Humana, Estée Lauder, Nordstrom.

She is a board Member of Aadya Rising

Rose also runs a Trans 101 Resource Site for trans people and allies wanting to learn more about the trans community, transitioning, coming out, hormones, surgery, and all thing trans 101.
